Americas Paradise Resort Location

For fun in the sun and a relaxing visit to Kentucky Lake, Paradise Resort is one of the region’s most popular getaways. For nearly 50 years, the resort has been a haven for water lovers and fishermen who love to spend time out on the lake.

Paradise Resort is located on Snipe Creek, just off the main channel of Kentucky Lake in Murray, Kentucky. It’s a lovely spot from which boaters can cruise the lake or fishermen can cast their lines for some great Kentucky Lake fishing from the dock.

Upon entering the grounds, resort guests will discover the crown jewel of the resort at Stone Harbor Condominiums. Each condo includes a large private deck overlooking the water. A luxurious whirlpool and cozy fireplace make this a coveted spot to kick one’s feet up and relax at the end of the day.

The resort also offers a variety of cottages to accommodate groups of all sizes. Each is nestled in a quiet section of the lake, surrounded by the awesome landscapes that make up the area around Kentucky Lake.

All of the lodgings at Paradise Resort are comfortably furnished and have a fully equipped kitchen, complete with kitchen appliances, dishware and just about everything guests will need to cook up a feast during their stay at Paradise Resort. Cable television is also included in all of the resort’s condos and cottages.

The Marina

Located adjacent to Kentucky Lake, Paradise Resort offers all of the conveniences that staying at a waterfront resort can bring to vacationers. Guests of the resort can take advantage of the marina’s complimentary boat ramp and reserve covered boat slip rentals when booking their condo or cottage.

Other amenities found at the marina include a fish cleaning station, a fueling station, and pontoon boat rentals. Live bait is sold during the regular season.

The resort’s convenient location and comfortable amenities have made it a favorite spot for fishermen to fish. There are loads of great fishing holes found along Blood River and in Kentucky Lake. In fact, record numbers of small mouth bass and large mouth bass have been caught in the waters of Kentucky Lake. Other species of fish one is likely to find in these waters include crappie, catfish and bluegill. The resort keeps guests up to speed on the latest fishing reports and will happily offer suggestions. Guests will find easy access to our boat ramp, boat dock and boat trailer parking. Pontoon boats and private boat slips can be rented at the marina. This is truly a fisherman’s paradise.

Paradise Resort makes guests’ stay pleasant. A variety of entertainment and amenities have been designed to make overnight stays at the resort comfortable and relaxing for the whole family. The resort features a private beach and swimming pool, as well as a game room, and volleyball and basketball courts. Laundry facilities are also available.

Things to Do in Town

Although Paradise Resort is located in a quiet and serene part of Kentucky Lake, it’s only a short drive to Murray where visitors will find an assortment of restaurants and local shops to tempt them away from their lakeside paradise for a bit.
