Patti's Holiday Magic - Lights and Loin on Kentucky Lake

There is no better way to kick off the holiday season than by visiting the most beautiful Christmas displays found right here in Grand Rivers on Kentucky Lake at Patti's 1880s Settlement. But first, you have to eat!

Patti's is a true holiday tradition, and you can't visit without trying one of their delicious, comforting dishes. I went with the incredible Apple Delight Pork Loin. That savory pork, cooked perfectly and paired with sweet apples, is the kind of meal that wraps you in a warm hug on a cold winter’s day.

Once my belly was stuffed, it was time to head out and witness the breathtaking display of Christmas lights. Stepping out into the settlement felt like walking right into a Christmas movie! They have millions of lights strung up everywhere. It’s not just the sheer quantity; it’s how they decorate every little building and pathway that instantly puts you in the holiday spirit.

Taking a walk through the lights at Patti's is an absolute must-do during the holiday season for anyone visiting or living in the area. It truly is the most beautiful display around and the perfect way to make festive memories.
