Come celebrate the art of quilting-where history, memory, and artistry come together in every stitch! The Quilting Bee, like a Barn Raising, was the opportunity to lighten the load of their labor while also connecting with their community. Not only would work get done and tasty treats be had, but the gossip was sure to fly! Come on out and join us for our day of celebrating all things quilts and quilting, including a display of antique quilts from our archives, demonstrations of quilting, and hands-on activities. *While reservations are not required for general admission, we ask that any quilters who are interested in participating in either the quilting demonstration, showcasing their work, and/or working on personal quilting projects on the farm to please RSVP prior to the event via homeplace.lbl@gmail.com.
