Living History Weekend

From Re-Enactments, story telling, cannon shooting, period food sampling, root beer and ginger ale sampling, to 1860's games for the kids and a ghost walk starting at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday night. World's Biggest Fish Fry!

Jackson Purchase Friends of Bluegrass and the Kentucky Opry bring you Bluegrass Night the on 1st Friday night of every month. This is a FREE SHOW featuring local & Regional Bluegrass groups. Donations are taken in a "Pass the Hat" style.

2nd Annual Brad Coleman Cancer Foundation Bowfishing Tournament

Freedom Glow Run

This Freedom Glow Run is not timed and provides a family-friendly fun for all ages and athletic abilities. Participants receive a T-shirts and glow gear. Registration is $20 by April 24, and late registration is $30. All proceeds go to the Playground Project. There will be door prizes given away. Registration begins at 8:00 p.m. the night of the event and the run begins at 9:00 p.m. The event will be at Dover City Park, 299 Colson Road. Aviation Day

Benton County Veterans Memorial presents the annual Aviation Day event! Aviation Day will be held at the Benton County airport from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Concessions will be available. Please bring your own chairs, check out all of the vintage airplanes, and enjoy the show!

An Orphan's Survival 1841-1920
