"Cropical Experience"

The Aurora Ross Fire Department Auxiliary is hosting a "Crop-ical Experience" on Saturday March 14, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is 9 full hours of scrapping and cropping at the Aurora Ross Fire Station located at 8280 Aurora Highway in Benton. The cost is $20 for 1/2 of an 8' table. Continental breakfast, free lunch, make & take projects, and much more are all available. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. Space is limited so register early. Kentucky Opry Talent Search

The music director of the Kentucky Opry is always looking for talented performers of all ages to be guests in the Friday and Saturday night Opry shows. If you do well in the talent search, and the audience likes you, chances are you will be asked to come back as a guest! Coaching lessons offered for performers who want to be better prepared for the contest. Every Saturday Night, 7:30 P.M. Rehearsals with the BAND Thursday nights, 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm on a first come first serve basis. Adult $16, Senior $15, Student $10, Child $7.50.

Donations are taken in a "Pass the Hat" style.
