	First Annual Catfish Derby
	Where:  Paris Landing When:  May 5 - 20, 2008
	The Paris Landing Tourism League announces the First Annual Catfish Derby is going to be held this year at Paris Landing. The Derby is a free event and is a preliminary for the Big Cat Quest catfishing tournament held on May 31st. You may weigh your catches at Hulmes Sporting Goods in Paris, Lakeview Grocery at Paris Landing, Or Hooks N' Horns (Bass Pro Retailer). Weigh your catches from May 5th - May 30th. The largest fish taken each week will receive a $100 plus one free entry worth $75 to the Big Cat Quest. Prizes will be awarded on Friday May 30th between 4-9pm at the Big Cat Quest office by the Amphitheater at Paris Landing State Park. Four prizes will be awarded.
