Regardless of the season, Hematite Lake is a
popular Kentucky Lake
attraction. The 2.2 mile trail circles beautiful Hematite Lake and
offers multiple opportunities for viewing wildlife. When the
ExploreKentuckyLake.com crew explored Hematite Lake,
there were several visitors engaging in a variety of different activities.
Many people were hiking and picnicking and there were even some people
kayaking and fishing (at the same time.) With the Nature Station
nearby and the endless opportunities for outdoor Hematite Lake could
definitely provide a day's worth of recreation.

Two for the price of one! These two were
kayaking and
fishing at the same time. |
