An annual tradition at Kentucky Lake, the
Hot August Blues Festival was the largest-ever this year. Featuring
over a dozen artists, the festival spanned three days and drew a
record-setting 8,000 people. The artists included Michael Hill & the
Blues Mob, Big Mike Griffin & the Unknown Blues Band, Blue Mother Tupelo,
Billy Blues, Rubber Soul, Lew Jetton & 61 South, Sacred Blue, Johnny
Jones, Mr. Down Child, Tyrone Smith Review, Harper, and others.
