2001 Festival Con Dios

Posted May 22, 2002

Festival Con Dios, the only traveling music festival in the nation, made a stop in Murray May 25, 2001 thanks to The J-FM and Kentucky Lake Productions founder Shawn Dunnaway.  The entire festival - from the stage, sound and lights to the bathrooms, games and tents were completely portable.  The tour was completely self-contained and brought everything they needed with them.

Ten nationally-known Christian music acts including platinum-selling Newsboys, Audio Adrenaline, and The Supertones performed from 3:30 to 10:00 that evening.

Games included a bungee-trampoline, an electronic bull, and a rock-climb.  3,000 people attended the event.
